Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only in case of damage or defect.
A clear unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory.
The return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Return Process
1. Contact our support team within 48 hours with your order details and unboxing video.
2. Once your request is approved, we’ll share the return shipping instructions.
3. After the product is received and verified by our quality team, a refund or replacement will be processed.
4. The refund will be initiated once the returned item is delivered back to us and verified.
Note: Returns without an unboxing video or those reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days. During festive seasons, it may take slightly longer.
Yes, we offer cash on delivery for selected locations. Online payment is recommended for faster processing.
